Lady Gaga - “Marry the Night” Official Video Preview… plus the dish on the LaurieAnn Gibson firing controversy…

Marry the Night–Preview #2

Even though I am still on the fence about Lady Gaga firing super-choreographer LaurieAnn Gibson, one thing I can never deny or even try to diminish is Gaga’s star appeal.  Recently, LaurieAnn did an interview saying that when she was introduced to the then unknown Lady Gaga, she say her raw talent and wanted to mold her into a modern day Madonna.  This apparently upset Gaga, reasonably so because her whole image is about individuality and self-expression.

Side note: LaurieAnn is denying she was actually fired, but that both parties mutually decided to part ways due to creative difference.  *pause* … soooo, yeah.  I understand her trying to save face, but please don’t patronize us, especially because at the end of the day she wasn’t the person who was wrong.  And really, this only proves how valuable LaurieAnn is because its obvious her creative influence is what has helped catapult Gaga’s success nor would Gaga be threatened by the statement she made to the media.  Now if you’ve been hiding under a rock, peep the Wendy Williams interview below to understand who this phenomenal woman is, how she got started and her rise to fame…

LaurieAnn Gibson Interview

Now back to Gaga… the comparisons will likely continue for the rest of both of these ladies careers, but really its good business for both, the more one shines, the more the other gets free publicity.  And its not like Gaga just all of sudden started out in one direction and morphed into her current image by accident or on purpose.  If you look at the blueprint of both their lives and careers they have the same beginning's, both are blonde bombshells from New York City who have performing arts backgrounds, they both have attained a top Popstar status with their first album, they have a huge fan base covering all demographics and most notably their look – they’re both style icons.

What’s crazy is that even in the preview of Gaga’s new video for “Marry the Night”, which is probably my favorite song on “Born this Way”, you can definitely see her channeling classic Madonna, I actually had to do a double take!  Even weirder, it’s not clear if this was LaurieAnn’s last project with her or the first with her former student that Gaga chose to replace her with, but in even step of this choreography it appeared to me a mash up of some of Madonna’s most noticeable moves.  I can only think of two popular artists who use elements of modern dance in their mainstream choreography and that would be the original Madonna and her successor Lady Gaga.  All shade aside, I don’t feel like she’s necessary trying to copy, but its inevitable due to their artistic similarities.  As a fan, I can’t wait for the “Marry the Night” official video to come out and as a supporter to LaurieAnn Gibson, let’s just say she is now “free” to discover other creative avenues.

Rickey Smiley and his morning show crew are absolutely the funniest and craziest morning show team I've ever heard!  Bridging over from their radio show they also take to Twitter for their comedic adventures and the latest round of comedic non-sense are the #MANVIOLATION tweets!  The funniest tweet reply with the hashtag for "Man Law Violations" had to be from gospel singer John P. Kee!!! SMH!

Help celebrate “Movember” by supporting Men’s Cancer Awareness Month in November!

ABOUT_3“The “Movember” campaign was cleverly created to bring awareness to the rise of Men’s cancer, in particular the rising cases of prostate cancer.  Movember is participated in the month of November by both men and woman, Mo’bros and Mo’sisters who want to bring awareness to men’s cancer.  During the month, Men symbolically grow moustaches, that’s the “MO” in Movemeber, to symbolize their resolve to use that manly symbol of facial hair to bring awareness to a great cause!  And it is very much needed!  As men, we often DO NOT talk about our health, our problems orur feelings.  This MUST change!  Men’s cancers are currently taking more lives than women’s cancers and for both sexes the awareness and prevention  needs to be spread!

If you would like to personally help in this campaign, you may submit your donation through my team’s collection link!  100% of the profits go to the Movember organization to do cancer research, spread awareness and to help care for men who currently are undergoing cancer treatments, so if you can please support this cause and help us spread the word about preventing, treating and the researching of men’s cancer.  Justin’s OFFICIAL  Mo’Space:

IDIOT OF THE DAY: Is Justin Bieber a Baby’s Daddy?

star_bieber_accuser_600First things first, whose the bigger idiot, Justin Bieber for not strapping up or the so-called 20 year old woman who allegedly took his virginity?  Ding, ding, ding it’s the so-called baby’s mother!.  If this proves to be true, the fire storm this young lady may not have expected is her involvement with a minor and the law she has broken!  Someone has a lot of explaining to do.

Regardless of the fact if it was consensual relations, this is still a case of statutory rape!  Justin just turned 17 this past march, so that means he was 16 at the time he allegedly fathered the woman’s baby, so that makes him still under the legal consenting age of the “17 and a day” law.

I find this rather disturbing, disgusting and dumb!  I guess this is what little kids feel like when they are old enough to realize that the fantasy figures that our society imposes on them are not really real at al.  For shame Justin, for shame!  You bring the prestigious “Justin” moniker much shame and embarrassment!  To your room, you’re grounded with no video games for a month!  No, make it two!

Man… Hold Up! - Celebrity Edition–Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries Getting a Divorce after only 72 days of “marriage”…

kim-kardashian-kris-humphries-nyc-4-435x580Before any more of my brain cells continue to die after giving this topic additional publicity, as you all should know, the um “marriage” of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries is officially over after only 72 days with the couple citing “irreconcilable differences”.  All of this madness has me wondering the following…

#1 – Who among is surprised?

#2 – Can we even call this a real marriage?

#3 – So is this the official countdown to the Reggie Bush reunion?

#4  I wonder what Ray J has to say about this?!

And I am OFFICIALLY done, because I just threw up a little in the back of my throat…  and I better not see not one E! reality show about this ill-forsaken divorce or I will literally file to E! headquarters and stage a protest!
